Parkour & Free Running comes to SCMA!
South Coast Martial Arts is proud to announce the addition of classes in Parkour and Free Running to our schedule! Parkour is an athletic style of movement with an aim to quickly and efficiently overcome any obstacle in their environment using movent and critical thinking and exciting movements such as running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling etc. while free running brings in elements from martial arts, tricking, gymnastics, dance, and any type or form of artistic expression through movement. Check out this exciting new seried of classes beginning next week at SCMA!
